Support business systems such as Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare, and remote access systems

Support the Indianapolis site in conjunction with Client IT

Work with Analysts, Sr. Systems Engineers, and Architects to develop technology solutions to meet or exceed business needs

Assist with management of special projects to add to or improve the technology suite at FCS Allentown as directed by IT management

Provide second level support for Service Desk analysts as appropriate

Interact with users to identify system issues. Gather information to gain an understanding of the user’s job / function, and the issue

Resolve and escalate issues in accordance with the Service Level Agreements

Field and log service requests into ticketing system. Respond to users over the phone or via remote access system

Provide user support for all PC applications and equipment

Setup and configure PC’s and peripherals as directed. Move PC’s and peripherals

Responsible for the deployment and tracking of all desktop and laptop hardware including peripherals using asset management software

Set up new user accounts, create mailboxes and create Security Groups using Active Directory

Configure and troubleshoot profiles, file and folder permissions and network connectivity

Test systems created by development team under the guidance of senior personnel and provide documentation to support results

Train users in the use of internally developed systems by providing individual and/or group training sessions

Train (and support) users on tools such as the MS Office Suite of products

Apply Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility

Complete special projects or tasks as may be assigned by management

Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner

Demonstrate and promote the company vision

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
