Intern will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Responsible for the technical
development of Company website, which
has a SharePoint platform and will
support the development of new tools for
the redesigned site, such as mega menus
and video streaming.

Proficient using a Windows PC and
Microsoft Office Suite

Proficient in one or more of the
development tools in the Microsoft
.NET Suite

Knowledge of relational database
concepts, and SQL coding

Familiarity with the components of
Web or client/server application
development

Ability to work in a team
environment, taking direction from
senior developers and communications
staff

General knowledge of systems
analysis and design
-
General knowledge of software
development lifecycle and
methodology
-
Ability to communicate effectively
with others, both orally and in
writing, using both technical and
non-technical language

Ability to understand and follow
oral and/or written policies,
procedures and instructions

Ability to use logical and creative
thought processes to develop
solutions according to written
specifications and/or oral
instructions

Ability to perform a wide variety of
duties and responsibilities with
accuracy and speed under the

operate a personal computer using
standard and/or customized software
applications appropriate to assigned
tasks
Experience using SharePoint
Designer, VS2008, C#, and ASP.NET.

associate’s degree or computer

or have completed at least two
years’ in a software development or
related four-year degree program.
