Manage
the acquisition, installation and
maintenance of the organization’s local
area network hardware/software

Ensure
technology documents/certificates such
as product registrations, SSL
certificates, maintenance agreements,
service contracts, etc. related to
technology operations and/or technology
services are evaluated, updated and
processed

Manage
and delegate troubleshooting of
workstations, networks, software
applications, phones, copiers and other
technologies
-
Establish
departmental goals, short-term and
long-term course of action plans, and
organize timelines to achieve desired
goals
-
Develop,
implement, and monitor policy and
procedures and ensure they are being
followed on a day to day basis
-
Develop,
implement, and monitor IT best practices
and solutions that promote effective and
efficient resource utilization and
business processes
-
Evaluate
the quality and timeliness of IT
services throughout Company and initiate
improvements
-
Analyze
technology requirements and develop
functional specifications
-
Conduct
comparative analysis and competitive
bidding when necessary
-
Lead the
planning and design of enterprise
security architecture
-
Manage
the deployment, integration and
configuration of all new security
solutions and of any enhancements to
existing security solutions in
accordance with standard best operating
procedures generically and the
enterprise’s security documents
specifically
-
Assure
Company’s systems conform to all
external regulatory bodies, specifically
Part 11 compliance for electronic
systems used to meet FDA regulations
-
Arrange
and provide support for independent IT
audit(s) as required by contract
-
Responsible for the discovery,
mitigation and documentation of
information technology risks
-
Prepare,
maintain and test a technology disaster
recovery plan
-
Develop
and manage technology budget and monitor
and approve related expenditures
-
Review
and approve capital expenditures
-
Manage
technology inventory to include
procurement and disposal
-
Develop
positive working relationships with
client (internal and external) community
-
Act of
point of contact (POC) with all outside
vendors pertaining to information needs
and strategies
-
Provide
technical assistance to CRM Headquarters
as needed and participate on proposal
writing projects when requested
-
Provide
all job-related progress
reports/technical reports as requested
-
Maintain
a safe workplace ensuring that he/she is
aware of and observe appropriate safety
and occupational health rules and
regulations

Perform
light duties and other related duties as
required and assigned

Supervise
