overarching strategy

for corporate information technology and
information assurance initiatives.

10
years experience with information
technology and information assurance
systems development and
implementation including networking,
servers, information security, IT
and IA tools, and facilities
Solid
knowledge of IT and IA principles,
concepts, and methods necessary to
effectively lead an Information
Services team
Direct experience and knowledge of,
but not limited to, the following is
highly preferred: certification and
accreditation of information
technology systems; information
technology infrastructure within
secure facilities including COMSEC/CRYPTO
devices; and configuration,
maintenance, and administration of
Linux and Windows operating systems,
to include servers, real-time
operating systems, clusters,
workstations, and mobile
workstations
Excellent interpersonal skills and
the ability to work well with all
levels of management, staff,
customers and corporate partners in
a professional, tactful manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced
environment
Ability to think and plan several
months ahead
Ability to organize and manage
multiple priorities
Previous experience with DSS and/or
DoD policies and procedures is
highly preferred.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Information Technology Assurance Manager Job
Bachelor’s degree in Information
Technology, Computer Science, or a
related field
Master’s or higher is a plus
Certification as a network engineer,
information security professional,
information assurance professional,
or other related certifications is
preferred.
