Job Summary:
The
Information Technology - IT - Manager -
Operations & Maintenance will be responsible for
supporting Company's Operations &
Maintenance program. The IT Manager will
partner with the Intelligence and
Information Systems (IIS) business unit
and the Company business and extend the
value of the IT organization across
multiple programs.
The IT
Manager will provide talented and
dedicated Information Technology people
and services that exceed Company
program's expectations and increase
synergy amongst the IT organization,
Engineering, and the Customer program
areas. The IT Manager will be
responsible for the execution of support
to numerous classified programs in the
MOS DoD Intel Services sub-product line.Job

The
Information Technology - IT - Manager -
Operations & Maintenance will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Perform
oversight of successful stand-up,
installation, integration, and
transition/delivery activities on the
direct support of programs
-
Collaborate with program managers, I&T
managers and IPT leads to ensure
flawless execution
-
Lead your
multidiscipline team on small and large
scale, high visibility direct programs
in a fast pace environment
-
Responsible for ensuring achievement of
diversity within the organization,
providing guidance, coaching and
direction to staff on performance
management, career development &
training, and resource allocation
-
Assist
in developing and cultivating growth
opportunities for IT through application
of technical analysis and innovation to
customer problems
Using a
broad understanding of relevant concepts
of operations and technical abilities,
provide key contributions in the area of
Information Technology and help to shape
the IT approach to enhance support to
Company's internal and external
customers.

years strong management experience
in providing technical and
functional leadership to ensure
service delivery for direct program
post award computing networks and
systems to achieve results in a
matrix environment and energize a
program team

Demonstrated ability to manage a
large staff and provide workforce
management
-
Experience in functional process
support for gate reviews, program
bidding, cost models, bid strategies
and other proposal activities
-
Ability to understand, plan, track
and be accountable for department
budgets
-
Excellent organizational skills
-
Excellent presentation oral,
written, and graphical
communications skills, as well as
ability to present and explain
technical information in a way that
establishes rapport, persuades
others and gains understanding
-
Ability to mentor junior engineers,
transfer knowledge
-
Effective management of multiple
projects simultaneously

Ability to identify and leverage the
right people, processes, and tools
to achieve planned results on time
and on budget

Strong people and teamwork and
interpersonal skills at all
organizational levels

Proficient in building detailed
schedule and cost plans for systems
integration projects

Familiarity with Integrated Product
Development System (IPDS) business
gate review process, Engineering
and/or IT processes, Raytheon Six
Sigma, and Earned Value Management
Systems (EVMS) execution

Broad
understanding of Company and IIS
business product lines or customers

Excellent follow through and
persistence.

in IT / CS / Engineering or related
technical discipline.
