Job Summary:
The
Information Technology - IT - Manager is
the first line leader of an IT team.
He/She is highly focused upon developing
each of his/her assigned team members by
fully leveraging all facets of the IT
career Development Program. Over a wide
variety of assignments, the IT Manager
will effectively collaborate with
customers and suppliers to align work
efforts, develop/execute tactical plans
that enable successful business
operations and, when applicable,
business transformation.
The
Information Technology - IT - Manager
will actively collaborate across IT and
business areas to ensure successful
introduction of change. He/She will
fully be accountable for ensuring
accurate accounting of and appropriate
deployment of resources. Job

Information Technology - IT - Manager will perform

Develop
team members by fully leveraging all
facets of the IT Career Development
Program

Ensure
effective development and deliver
reviews for assigned personnel

Actively
manage/ensure creation of individual
development plans and associate training
plans for assigned personnel to ensure
that they are both feasible and in line
with organizational goals

Actively
contribute to staff performance review
activities and talent management reviews

Achieve
complete alignment of work efforts with

suppliers, develop, implement and ensure

technical and business problems

Ensure
resources are accurately allocated in
line with tactical plans and

Carefully
develop and manage assigned annual
capital and expense budgets.

Previous lead or management
experience

Demonstrated ability to interface

levels of the Company Enterprise

level knowledge of applications and
application interfaces with

level knowledge of SAP applications

Significant experience working with
