The
Employment - IT Recruiter will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Provide
full life cycle recruiting support for
highly technical (IT) positions -
Interface
effectively with all levels of
management and the HR team -
Full-lifecycle recruiting -
Conduct
extensive internet mining and rely on
social networking tactics to provide the
best qualified candidates and build the
organization's network for passive
candidates for either proposals or
funded positions -
Enter
requirements/candidates into ATS -
Attend
job fairs and other recruiting events.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For Employment - IT Recruiter Job

4+
years of full-lifecycle IT
recruiting experience
-
4+
years of experience with various ATS
databases
-
Demonstrated ability to source via
networking, Internet and internal
database, along with interviewing,
negotiating with, and closing
candidates with high level
clearances
-
Experience with Business Development
and Program Management
-
Experience with government security
clearances a plus.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
Employment - IT Recruiter Job
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
combination of education and
experience.
