Director Information Technology - Sales
and Operations Applications will be responsible for
budgeting, planning, executing, and
delivering a diverse set of information
technology projects for the Sales and
Operations teams.

The
Director Information Technology - Sales
and Operations Applications will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Responsible for providing leadership and
driving the information technology needs
for the Sales and Operations business
teams globally -
Assist
the VP of IT in championing change as
the business integrates systems and
processes globally and moves toward
becoming a 100% digital operation -
Nurture
existing business processes and craft
new business processes based on future
business needs and market force changes -
Align
technology with business needs to
provide effective solutions -
Compile
information and develop work plans with
actionable milestones to effectively
define, execute and track progress
toward project goals -
Work
closely with the Software Development
and Project Management Organization
leaders to effectively plan and execute
projects -
Work with
global vendor partners on data
integration, supply chain, and
collaboration projects for the business
on an ongoing basis -
Collaborate with peers across Studio
Technology to ensure goals, objectives,
and common strategies of the
organization are met -
Work with
Corporate IT shared services and our
outsourced vendor partners for services
that support the business -
Work with
business process and application owners
to continue to evolve the business
applications through organizational and
market force changes -
Champion
information technology initiatives for
capital funding that are required to
progress the operation strategically or
tactically, and create Studio Technology
Capital Expenditure Requests with inputs
from business partners and collaboration
with IT colleagues -
Manage
integration projects from consulting
firms or companies delivering a complete
technical solution -
Manage
and maintain departmental cost and input
into annual and 5-year operating plans -
Provide
Leadership and management expertise to a
team of 8+ IT professionals -
Develop
and continually execute a comprehensive
staff development plan to ensure growth
for the team and success for the
business.

Over
10 years experience in IT/IS
management within dynamic IT
organizations including experience
managing technical professionals
-
Proven success in a global
information technology environment
managing international clients, and
IT resources
-
Proven Leadership ability to inspire
both business partners and staff to
meet management goals, business
objectives, and provide a creative
environment for success
-
Proven ability to develop and
consistently deliver IT systems that
fulfill requirements, meet customer
expectations, and are on budget
-
Proven ability to integrate
commercial off-the-shelf and/or
external systems into an operational
business environment
-
Proven ability to work with external
vendor partners to integrate systems
that meet workflow and supply chain
requirements
-
Experience handling multiple work
streams with differing priorities
and deadlines
-
Excellent oral, written and
presentation skills
-
Strong interpersonal skills; able to
build relationships across all
levels of the organization

Strong analytical and problem
solving skills

Ability to develop and translate
overall “big picture” strategy/goals
into tactical initiatives

Science, Engineering, or similar
technology related field of study

Engineering, Computer Science or
