Job Summary:
The
Director Information Technology - JRDC
Program will be responsible for the
direction and operations of the
Enterprise Information Technology (IT)
organization supporting the Missile
Defense Agency (MDA).
Job
Description:
The
Director Information Technology - JRDC
Program will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Provide
executive leadership and serve as the
customer liaison within the ~$2B JRDC
program with responsibility to ensure
the success of the mission and the over
400 IT professionals assigned across
multiple functional and world-wide
geographic locations -
Establish
IT architectures, engineering designs,
strategic plans, policies, developmental
and operational IT capabilities, project
supervision, network operations, service
desk, monitoring and response -
Utilize
ITIL approach to IT service management
providing a cohesive set of best
practices and expertise, drawn from past
experiences -
Lead
contractual negotiations with executive
customer stakeholders, supervision of
audits including detailed program
financial and schedule reviews -
Work with
leading IT vendors and customers to
deliver “value add” IT services and
technology by building strong
partnerships and solutions for mission
and organizational success.

Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For

Program Job

A
bachelors degree in management,
engineering IT or technical
discipline and a minimum of 15 years
of experience in technical areas
relevant to information technology
with proven record success

Masters degree in a technical
discipline.
