Director - Healthcare Information
Technology will be responsible for
directing the organization and
performance of certain functional areas
and the activities of senior managers.

The
Director - Healthcare Information
Technology will perform
all or some of the following Job

Oversee business activities to ensure a
high standard of professional excellence
is maintained among staff members -
Direct business function including
approval of overall project plans,
budgets, and work breakdown structure -
Establish and implement short- and
long-term strategies to deliver services
to customers within reasonable schedules
and budgets -
Establish and communicate goals and
objectives, define methodologies, tasks,
and activities, and clearly describe
roles and responsibilities for
performing to personnel -
Communicate broadly to help ensure
overall coordination for
cross-functional teams.

Knowledge and Experience working
with various Centers for Medicare
and Medicaid Organizations (CMS)

Strong Software Development
knowledge and experience with CMMI
Certified Organization

Experience with Healthcare
Information Technology Development
in support of Federal Government
Agencies

Strong communication skills needed
to interface with high-level
customer representatives
-
Strong strategic management and
planning skills
-
Ability to publicly represent
company with internal and external
clients
-
Ability to use own judgment and
initiative in problem resolution
-
Experience managing projects with
more than 400 employees
-
Nine
or more years of experience in a
supervisory or management capacity
included
-
Experience working with concepts,
practices, and procedures in areas
of responsibility
-
Experience working with the
management implications of various
forms of financial data.

experience
