The
Client Services Manager - Health
Information Technology will be primarily
responsible for managing client
services. He/She will work with
Company’s Information & Technology
Strategies Practice Area which applies
expertise in healthcare systems and
information technology to facilitate
better analysis, organization,
management, and data exchange.

Description:
The
Client Services Manager - Health
Information Technology will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Coordinate and oversee statewide EHR
technology implementation and the
delivery of direct support services
within provider offices -
Assist
providers in addressing the variety of
challenges they face with adopting EHR
technology -
Manage
and supervise statewide distribution of
staff and regional structure for service
delivery -
Establish/maintain relationships with
key partners for project success -
Execute
project activities as outlined for
coordinating, guiding, and advancing EHR
adoption statewide -
Monitor
and report on all necessary evaluation
metrics for project, per federal
guidance -
Brief
project progress and milestone
achievement to State advisory bodies and
other stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For Client Services Manager - Health
Information Technology Job
-
Eight
or more years of relevant experience
in health care settings
-
Working experience in HIT and
knowledge of HIE/HIT/EHR adoption,
implementation and use
-
Previous management experience
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office
software/computer programs
-
Proficient in oral and written
communication and interpersonal
skills. Will be required to present
to health care audiences regularly
-
Periodic statewide travel.

Masters degree or higher in an
appropriate science or related
discipline, such as MPH, MHSA or MD.
