Business Manager IT
will be responsible for working on
implementation of company business
strategies as well as IT related
business process consulting.Job
Description:
The
Business Manager IT will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Work with
client organizations to gather user
requirements and formulate project
definition -
Develop
alternative solutions to business/system
proposals and develop feasibility
studies. This includes ongoing needs
assessment and business analysis and
working with clients in defining new
services and their flow in the existing
environment -
Responsible for integration of IT
solutions into business process designs
and may work on the development of test
cases that match user requirements -
May also
include assisting in the design and
implementation of streamlined business
process solutions.

3+
years of Hyperion System 11 / OBIEE
experience
-
5+
years of developing IR
reports/dashboards using Hyperion
tools
-
Strong teradata SQL programming and
datawarehousing skills
-
Well
versed in all aspects of OBIEE
including OBIEE repository
development, subject areas, ETL and
data model with respect to Finanical
Analytics subject areas
Ability to provide solution design
recommendations and provide best
practices and technical subject
matter expertise
Involved in multiple implementation
projects
Experience in Data Modeling
Knowledge of master data management
and data governance best practices
Detail oriented, very thorough with
documentation
Excellent communication skills and
ability to work independently after
initial direction is given
Strong technical and interface
design skills, with the ability to
match systems to business needs
Ability to exercise discretion in
selecting among alternate courses of
action and recommend changes in
approach, concepts and the design of
solutions as a team member
Experience in facilitating and
developing business cases that
directly align with strategic
objectives.
Minimum Education Requirements /
