The VP Information Technology - Private Club, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, will be a part of and work closely with the senior leadership bodies across all business platforms. He/She will be responsible for all aspects of setting and executing the information technology strategy.

He/She will be responsible for providing leadership for the IT Solutions and IT services team. The scope of the work involves simultaneously working both at a strategic level, including setting the vision, planning, goal setting and managing, as well as at times working side by side with technicians and analysts on tactics and decision making.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the design, development and implementation of organizational information systems, software applications, and IT support and infrastructure systems. This includes directing and managing IT plans, schedules, policies and programs for Company's data processing, network communications, business operations, computer services and management information systems

• Overall responsibility for data security, compliance and business continuity and disaster recovery as it relates to information systems

• Identify emerging information technologies to be analyzed, assimilated and integrated within the organization and development of applications and technology to support the company's long-term goals

• Lead technology planning, governance and drive the development and implementation of best practices throughout the organization

• Accountable for risk management, resource allocation, project prioritization, and research and recommendation of new systems and software products and services.

• Technical experience from at least two years supporting POS and ecommerce systems
• Leadership and management experience from large enterprise and small sole proprietorship businesses progressively leading small IT teams (no more than 20 employees) to large functional responsibility including 100 or more employees including direct and indirect reports
• Experience managing in a variety of business models, including post merger/acquisition experience and budget management responsibility of at least $2M.
