responsible for leading the Online
Banking Team - a talented group of
individuals.

The
IT Team Leader - Online Banking will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Perform resource planning for
project and time management,
verifying task and project
assignments are completed to ensure
effective delivery -
Assign supervisory and leadership
responsibility of IT associates to
oversee design, implementation, and
support of systems and applications -
Partner with peers, senior
management, and teams to align
projects and tasks with
business-driven focus -
Mentor and train team members,
providing coaching as needed in
order to help develop their skills -
Review work for accuracy and
completeness and taking overall
responsibility of daily operations
of the team -
Perform performance reviews of team
members to accurately and
objectively assess team members’
performance -
Schedule training to compliment team
members’ skills and the business
needs, and inform management of
possible risks -
Ensure proper coverage of team
responsibilities through scheduling
of team members -
Complete programming, business
analyses or testing activities as
required -
Enable cross-training for team
members to identify secondary
responsibilities for critical
systems and applications -
Attend meetings as needed to provide
insight/ideas to help meet end-users
needs -
Facilitate system modifications to
fit within existing system
architecture, or determine where
architectural changes will be
required -
Assign technical resources to
conduct analysis of User Request to
determine scope, time estimates, and
system impact -
Review and approve change controls
for accuracy and completeness.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For IT Team Leader - Online Banking Job

Excellent communications skills
(verbal and written)
-
Experience managing JAVA development
teams
-
Working knowledge of Development or
Operations Framework methodologies,
including Information Technology
Infrastructure Library (ITIL),
Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC),
etc.
-
Highly knowledgeable in system and
data design
-
Ability to be on call 24X7
-
Experience working in financial
services or accounting systems
-
Experience with Online and/or Mobile
Banking
-
Familiarity with External Security
Solutions (RSA, etc)
-
Experience managing systems using
Websphere Application Server.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
IT Team Leader - Online Banking Job

Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 8
years experience as an applications
developer or applications analyst in
a technical environment. Experience
must include previous leadership for
technical implementation.

12 years experience as an
applications developer or
applications analyst in a technical
environment. Experience must include
previous leadership for technical
implementation.
