Basic
knowledge of PC and Mac hardware and
software

Ability to dig deep into and solve
technical issues

Ability
to multi-task and prioritize tasks
independently
High
degree of customer service, a focus
on providing timely and accurate
solutions
Ability to lift PC components, and
basic knowledge of computer
networks, network based services,
Oracle, and manufacturing systems
Experience in both office and
manufacturing settings preferred
Ability to work well with the IT
clients in a helpful manner and work
closely with other members of the
Information Systems Department.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
IT Support Specialist Job

Four
year degree in a computer related
field or two years support
experience preferred.
