be responsible for leading strategic
initiatives as a Senior Project Manager
to coordinate and complete projects,
define performance and results and
manage vendors and service providers.

The
IT Project Manager - Healthcare Reform -
Technology Enhancement Projects will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Manage
multiple projects or programs
simultaneously in a matrix environment
within the HC Reform program team
Provide
subject matter expertise in areas
including project management, project
scope definition, risk identification,
project methodology, resource
allocation, facilitation, and other
areas of expertise based on professional
knowledge and background
Make
presentations to management on project
updates, project cycle, and expected
results
Ensure
projects are completed on time and in
scope
May
manage vendor and service providers to
define project scope and performance
expectations
Determine
time frames, funding needs, procedures
for accomplishing project, staffing
requirements, allotment of resources to
various phases of projects and lead
others in the organization to make
meaningful process improvements
Develop
business plans and cost benefit analysis
for assessment by Regional/Senior
Leadership
Investigate non-standard requests and
problems, make presentations to senior
leadership, ensure project documentation
is accurate and ensure projects are
completed on time and within scope.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

Ability to build and maintain
trusted relationships
8 +
years of experience within a large
corporate environment
5 +
years of direct accountability as a
Project Manager within that
environment
Strong project management
capabilities - ability to work with
senior leaders ensuring project
completion
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
Financial acumen
Active pursuit of PMP (or equivalent
industry recognized certification)
or PMP status preferred
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
Ability to travel approximately 10%
5+
years of project management
experience tracking, planning
projects, working with large data
sets and making data-driven
analytical decisions
Intermediate level of proficiency
with MS Project, Excel, Visio,
PowerPoint and SharePoint
Demonstrated ability to communicate
ideas clearly and concisely
Excellent time management,
organizational, and prioritization
skills and ability to balance
multiple priorities.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For

BA/BS
degree in Accounting, Finance,
Business or related field and/or
equivalent education and experience
preferred.
