IT Project Analyst, working under the
leadership of the Director, Enterprise
Project Management Office,
will be responsible for delivering
service excellence utilizing people,
processes and technology in an
Integrated Delivery System (IDS).

The IT
Project Analyst will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
Provide project management support
to the Project Managers and Project
Service Leaders
Support the Project Manager while
they initiate, plan, execute,
control and close projects according
to the established Project
Management Methodology to ensure
projects meet or exceed the efforts
of team members and third-party
contractors or consultants in order
to deliver projects according to
plan
Work
with Project Managers to help define
the project’s objectives and oversee
quality control throughout its’ life
cycle
Interact regularly with Project
leadership and Information Services
senior management
Utilize leadership skills, sound
judgment, and discretion to
positively impact project teams and
overall project success
May
make management presentations and
submit reports as requested
Perform other duties as needed.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For IT Project Analyst Job
One year
direct work experience in a project
management capacity, including all
aspects of project delivery
Excellent
analytical, communication, presentation,
and documentation skills, and ability to
plan and organize technical and
analytical work
Ability
to use project planning software,
spreadsheets, and word processing
software; input data, typing, copying,
and effective use of the telephone
Excellent
verbal and writing skills; ability to
communicate effectively and clearly in
English, in writing and verbally
Ability
to deal effectively with people and
elicit support from other areas and
vendors
Strong
customer service skills
Excellent
planning, problem solving,
organizational, and leadership skills
Ability
to analyze and interpret data, analyze
and interpret processes and needs based

Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For IT Project
Analyst Job
Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Computer Science, or
related field. Minimum four years
relevant experience accepted in lieu
of Bachelor’s degree.
