The
IT Performance Solutions Director Lead
will be responsible for leading a team
of Performance Solutions Directors in
support of the IT organization. This
involves working as a performance
consultant to the most senior IT leaders
as well effectively leading the IT
Performance Solutions function.
Job
Description:
The
IT Performance Solutions Director Lead will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Partner with business unit leaders
to devise a measureable learning
strategy for their organization.
This strategy results in the
identification of learning solutions
that help business units meet their
goals. This requires fluency in
common business and organizational
development practices
-
Responsible for managing the overall
relationship with IT organizations
across the enterprise. This is done
through: Identification of
performance gaps and presentation of
recommendations to the senior
business team; guiding business unit
functions in the effective use of
performance-based strategies, tools,
and techniques; oversight and
management of the portfolio of work
for the entire IT organization

Also responsible for the overall
quality and measurability of
learning and development services
and products in the portfolio of
work
-
Responsible for all aspects of
managing and leading a team,
inclusive of coaching, budget
management, staffing, performance
management, etc.
Responsible for contributing the
success of the overall EFS L&D
organization.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

10+ years experience in managing
customer relationships
-
7+ years experience in building
organizational capability
-
7+ years managing teams successfully
-
10+ years experience in design,
developing, and implementing
instructional design solutions
-
Experience leading/working on
virtual teams
-
Experience working with IT
organizations preferred
-
Financial services industry
experience preferred
-
Ability to obtain, synthesize, and
report data (both narrative and
quantitative)
-
Knowledge of how businesses function
and achieve success; knowledge of
these factors for the organization(s)
specifically being supported

Ability to guide others to identify
and take required actions in support
of a performance change initiative

Ability to manage meetings and group
processes to ensure that the
objectives of the group are achieved

Knowledge of multiple HR and
Learning solutions that can be
utilized as solutions when
addressing human performance needs
relative to business goals
