Description:
The IT
Manager will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Provide
Service Level Management Support
Services
-
Provide on-site strategic project
management support services
-
Provide other duties as assigned
-
Interview and document customer IT
practices and develop business case
analysis, Service Level Agreements
as required
-
Track
and manage project status, project
metrics, service metrics and other
performance indicators to the
customers and senior management
-
Verify business case analysis is
accurate and coordinate with
appropriate offices on any
discrepancies before analysis is
submitted
-
Develop processes and procedures to
enable gains in efficiencies in
service delivery, provide quality
customer service, and ensure
programs align with strategic
direction and requirements.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge /
Skill For IT Manager Job
-
7+
years experience in process
management and/or IT operations
-
4+
years using Microsoft Office
especially Excel and Word
-
Experience in MS Project and other
project management tools and
processes
-
Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills including
training delivery and interfacing at
all management levels
-
Ability to perform data and trend
analysis and formulate actions
-
Ability to operate independently
with minimal direction and to meet
deadlines
-
Ability to occasionally work
non-standard hours if required to
complete assigned task
-
Ability to work in a team
environment.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For IT Manager Job

Bachelors Degree Desired.
