Job Summary:
The
IT Manager Focus RNAM Operations will be
responsible for managing and monitoring
performance of Company's IS/IT partners
and various processes with specific
focus on RNAM Operations. The IT Manager
will be Company's interface to the
Partner's Local Service Delivery
Management on the corresponding
geographical site. He/She will
coordinate all service partners and
internal resources to secure an
efficient and business value driven IT
service delivery.

Description:
The
IT Manager Focus RNAM Operations will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:

Secure the availability of efficient
services for the local (RNAM
Operations) business needs
-
Monitor SLA delivery
-
Monitor business needs and the
corresponding ISIT delivery
-
Manage Information security as one
of the prime deliverable through the
partner and internal security
organization within Company
-
Proactively manage upcoming
requirements and provide solutions
in time
-
Perform consolidation or phase-out
of services where applicable to save
cost
-
Manage local (RNAM Operations)
applications and phase out
application services wherever
necessary
-
Manage costs and wherever necessary
look at avenues to reduce cost
-
Perform implementation of Global
Contracts and revision to Global
contracts locally and ensuring the
Partner's compliance to the contract
-
Perform first point of Escalation
within geographical site(s) if the
suppliers fail in their obligations
and deliveries
-
Perform implementation of ordering
and approval process within the
geographical site
-
Perform forecasting and budget
handling for local site
-
Perform balanced Score Card and KPIs
monitoring and financial follow up,
with a strong focus both on the
Partner's performance and cost
-
Assign and ensure completion of
corrective actions to partners, in
case of any deviations
-
Ensure that Company adhere to its
part of the contract
-
Forward local requirements/changes
to "Business Practices"
-
Perform local license management
-
Manage communication interface to
local users via forums, web info,
other meetings etc
-
Coordinate/manage
tools/infrastructure
implementation/change
-
Coordinate/manage IS/IT education
for local users
-
IT-facility management planning
-
Perform management of service
provider satisfaction as well as
user satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

of experience as second line manager

of experience from Enterprise IT
operation and steering of projects
People leadership; good at human
interaction
Organizational leadership; creating

conjunction with the partners and
business.
Minimum Education Requirements /
