The
IT Lead Global Digital IT will be
responsible for managing & tracking the
Global Digital Capabilities & Programs
for the Consumer sector, taking an
organizational and strategic approach.
The Global Digital Capabilities include
the following focus areas: Social
Media/Voice of Customer, Mobile, CRM,
Digital Analytics, Search,
Ecommerce/Direct-to-Consumer, Digital
Creative & Best Practices. He/She will
work with all the Digital Capabilities
leads to track capabilities progress
against key milestones & dates.

Identify
key dependencies & integration points
amongst the different capabilities
Responsible for rollout planning of the
Global Digital Capabilities across all
regions
Collaborate with the DCoE, Capability
Leads, Global Digital & Franchise Leads,
Global IT Leads & other internal groups
and third-party vendors (e.g.
creative/interactive agencies) to
deliver the Global Capabilities &
project(s) / program(s)
Responsible for, but not limited to the
following: Global rollout planning of
Digital Capabilities across regions and
franchises. Track progress of
capabilities globally against key
deliverables, milestones & dates
Identify
key dependencies & integration points
across different Digital Capabilities
Conduct
detailed business analysis of Digital
Capabilities requirements & solutions
Contribute to development of digital
capabilities best practices, process
templates & playbooks
Provide
key insights & evaluate digital training
programs
Conduct
digital training sessions
Identify
digital innovation opportunities for
regions and franchises as part of global
Capabilities rollout
Coordinate efforts in line with the
"bigger picture" to maximize the overall
value of IT service delivery to the
business and Identify risks and
understand the technical and business
impacts of those risks.

and/or Marketing experience

years of Digital experience
Experience in any of the following
areas is required: Interactive or
Digital Marketing including:
Consumer Relationship Management
(CRM), Online Media Planning,
Business Planning, Product
Knowledge, Advertising, or Search
Engine Marketing/Optimization
Project Management experience
specifically digital programs, using
formal project management
methodology, techniques and tools
Strong Business Analysis experience
including requirements gathering &
analysis, solutions analysis
Experience working and managing
third-party vendors
Exceptional writing,
communication/presentation and
influencing skills
Proficiency with the Microsoft
Office suite of products
Ability to manage multiple
priorities, maintain
confidentiality, and operate with
poise and professionalism in a
complex, high-profile environment
Experience in Consumer Package
Goods/Consumer Healthcare industry
preferred
Professional experience/in-depth
understanding of any of the
following is preferred: Web 2.0 best
practices, Mobile, Social networking
media/sites including: YouTube,
Facebook, implementation of SEO and
SEM
Passion for understanding consumer
mindset and keeping up with digital
and consumer trends preferred
Experience with creating and
maintaining digital marketing
campaigns preferred
Knowledge of current web
technologies, hosting, multimedia,
interactive marketing, e-commerce
and ability to learn and apply new
technologies preferred
Global experience & working with
other regions preferred
Experience in developing creative &
C-level presentations preferred
Knowledge of the following
technologies is preferred: HTML, CSS,
Drupal Content Management, Flash,
