Job Summary:
The IT
Developer will have responsibility and
accountability for assisting in driving
projects, from design through
deployment. He/She will also assist in
driving compliance to the budgets,
project planning, and possess the
ability to present status and strategy
to project and executive leadership.

IT Developer will perform

Ensure
the team comprehends and applies
established processes, policies,
standards and procedures

Build,
drive and track project plan

Provide
status reports to leadership and review
boards on complex development projects

Guide and
direct project teams in requirements
definition, design and development of
complex applications and projects

Ensure
compliance and conduct appropriate
analysis and / or test reviews on
assigned projects

Ensure
staffing levels are met and communicate
gaps to leadership

Develop,
support, and maintain program strategy

Define,
prioritize, plan and implement solutions
across multiple complex projects.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For IT Developer Job
Expert knowledge of Transportation
management Systems
IT
background with strong knowledge of
SQL, basic scripting and IT project
lifecycle with some database
knowledge
MS
Project Server
Ability to manage resources,
projects, and develop program
strategy
Strong knowledge of Transportation
Business Processes
Motivated with a strong sense of
urgency and able to convey urgency
to project teams
Knowledge of multiple programming
languages, databases, life cycle
methodologies
Knowledge with databases
2-4
years of related experience
Previous experience in technical
project leadership role.
Retail/business experience a plus.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For
