Job Summary:
The
IT Business Partnership Leader will
extend the value of the IT organization
to Organization's customer base with a
focus on growing Intelligence and
Information Systems (IIS) business.
He/She will work with the Business
Development (BD) and Program
organizations to attain the alignment
between the Product Line (PL) business
objectives and Organization's IT
organization capabilities and offerings,
including reach-back to the entire IT
Enterprise and to Organization's
industry partners, suppliers, and
vendors.

The
IT Business Partnership Leader will perform
all or some of the following Job
description:
-
Serve
as an interface between Product Line
programs/pursuits and the IT
functional organization
-
Represent the IT organization at
VP-level staff meetings, gate
reviews, and other BD and Program
meetings as requested
-
Assess issues and respond to
requests for BD and PL specific IT
needs such as capture/proposal
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), IT
Architecture SMEs, and solution to
complex operational issues
-
Develop and maintain close working
relationship with program managers
and capture managers to communicate
IT requirements to IT management and
resource coordinators, and then
assures timely delivery of committed
deliverables
-
Advocate for the facilitation of
IT-related Enterprise objectives,
and influences thinking and planning
with respect to broader IT
Enterprise-level objectives at the
Corporate IT level.
Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill
For IT Business Partnership Leader Job

10+ years experience in IT
industry
-
In-depth understanding of the IT
industry, both technologies and
service offerings, and the
ability to assess the IT
industry's influence on
Organization's customers,
markets, and missions
-
Solid technical understanding of
both current offerings and
future trends in the IT
industry, with a working
knowledge of major IT vendors
and suppliers in Organization's
competitive space
-
Existing strong working
relationships with key IT
suppliers and partners in
Organization's markets
preferred.
-
Excellent communication and
interface skills at a variety of
both executive and technical
levels, with exceptional
executive-level briefing and
facilitation abilities
-
Solid experience base in design
and implementation of IT
architectures and technologies.
This requires a strong blend of
technical depth and breadth in
IT technologies and solutions
-
Exposure to the practices of
business development and/or
client management, with a proven
and experienced understanding of
customer relationship practices
-
Proven track-record in
architecting and authoring
proposal content for U. S.
Government and other government
customers
-
Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
security clearance
-
Experience as senior-level
Systems Engineer in the
engineering and integration of
very large and complex secure
information systems
-
Broad knowledge of Organization
and IIS business base and
customers.
Minimum Education Requirements /
Certification / Licensure For

Bachelors Degree in technical
discipline

Technical Masters Degree/MBA
strongly preferred

ITIL
and CISSP certifications preferred.
