The IT Analyst will be responsible for providing application development and support in the planning and delivery of business processes for strategic business units. 

Job Description:

• Lead the identification, analysis and selection of complex information technology and business practices to support strategic business process/plans

• Lead in the implementation of information technology and business processes of high complexity

• Support, evaluate, and continuously improve information technology and business processes to maintain alignment with business plans of medium-high complexity and risk

• Serve as the development lead for a project team

• Participate in the project management process

• Engage in expanded contact with varied and multiple departments and functional operations; participate in strategic business relationships and/or issues

• Translate and define business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience in the design, development, testing and integration of applications of high complexity within a Java development environment
• Proven ability to develop and design applications interacting with relational databases of high complexity
• Ability to create and maintain web applications written in Java technologies

• Demonstrated work experience in a team environment
• Proven experience with the following: IBM Java development suite (RAD/WebSphere), JSP, HTML & Javascript, Struts, Spring, DB2 and/or Oracle, Hibernate, Ajax
• Experience leading a team in a development effort
• Demonstrated experience working with business and/or end users to gather and refine requirements.

• Bachelors degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience in a related field.
