Manager
The
Information Technology (IT) Manager will
perform all or some of the following Job
description:
He/She
will be responsible for managing and
developing the Web Application Services
team. With limited direction, He/She
will give significant direction, handle
highly complex problems, posses
extensive knowledge of policies,
standards and procedures, and have
strong communication and interpersonal
skills.
The
Information Technology (IT) Manager will
provide direct supervision including
mentoring, performance management and
staffing decisions for a developing
teams; set team, group or service
objectives; participate in development
of the IT and Business Web Applications
vision.
He/She
will be responsible for translating the
vision into the strategic roadmap, short
and long term goals and deliverables;
manage request-driven web development on
existing platforms; determine and manage
priorities, timelines and schedules;
interact regularly with customers to
understand their business and to
anticipate the needed IT.
The
Information Technology (IT) Manager will
manage business relationships; review
multiple team, group or service
deliverables to ensure quality (design
walk-through, test results, etc.) and
adherence to processes, standards, and
regulatory requirements; manage or
actively participate in the budget
process; participate in the research,
analysis, selection, and implementation
of new tools, technologies and/or
services.
He/She
will develop, gather and measure
relevant productivity metrics
Workshop and training interactions with
business users as a general population;
develop pre-packaged solutions for
wide-audience adoption.
The
Information Technology (IT) Manager will
develop internal (intranet) and external
(Internet) web environments; achieve
strategic partnership with corporate
communication and HR.
